Babička Vodka is distilled using a signature blend of the Wormwood plant other key herbs and spices, to make a herb distillate which provides its unique flavour.
Morovian Corn
Once harvested, corn from the historical lands of Moravia (in the Czech Republic) is fermented to create the Vodka, before being triple distilled.
Star Anise
Star anise is shaped like an eight-pointed star and contains seeds with an aniseed flavour, which comes from the spice's essential oil, anethole.
Aniseed
Anise (also called aniseed) is a flowering plant native to the eastern Mediterranean and Southwest Asia. Its flavour is similar to star anise, fennel, and liquorice.
Coriander Seed
Dried coriander seeds (a herb also known as cilantro) have a lemony citrus flavour and have been described as warm, nutty, spicy, and orange-flavoured.
Fennel Seed
Fennel is a flowering plant species from the carrot family. The dried fennel seed used in Babička Vodka is an aromatic, anise-flavoured spice, brown or green in colour.
Spring Water
Babička is made using spring water drawn from a deep 10,000-year-old spring near the city of Prostejov, creating a unique and bewitching vodka.
Coal Filtered
Babička is filtered through coal and rested for 3 months to allow the ingredients to combine into its unique and delicate flavour with undertones of citrus and Wormwood.

BABIČKA GIMLET
- 50ml Babička Vodka
- 20ml lime juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- 1 dash lime oil
- 1 dash mint bitters
Shake with ice and strain, lime twist mint leaf martini glass

BABIČKA COLLINS
- 50ml Babička Vodka
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce of simple syrup
- 1 ounce fresh pink or white grapefruit juice
- 2 ounces gin
- 2-3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- Club soda
Shake over ice and pour in highball glass with ice.
Top with soda and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
Sake no Hana
BABIČKA BELLINI
- 10ml Babička Vodka
- 2 Kaffir Lime Leaves
- 2-3 fresh lychees
- 1-2 pieces of ginger
- Dash of Apple juice
Muddle all ingredients and shake and strain into a luxury Champagne glass – float Champagne garnish.
BEWITCHED PASSION
- Babička Vodka
- Homemade fennel syrup
- Pomegranate shrub
- Drops of peppermint bitters
- Topped with champagne
Served in an Absinthe to share.

- Benedictine
- Champagne Vermouth
- Yellow Blossom Infusion
- Absinthe jelly

LUXURY MARTINI
- 75ml Babička Vodka
- Wash Of Vermouth
Wash glass with vermouth and discard.
Stir vodka strain into chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with a twist or an olive.
LUXURY TOUCH
- 40ml Babička
- 15ml lemon
- 15ml Bergamot juice
- 30ml Italicus
- 5ml Agave nectar
- 1 sprig Rosmary pressed into glass
Garnish with elderflower, grated tonka bean and spray leg of glass with bergamot and orange.

- 25ml Babička Vodka in shot glass
- Add 1/4 teaspoon Salmon Roe
- 1/2 teaspoon creme fraiche
- (to the rim of glass)
- Place fresh dill on top
FOR LOVE
- Chilli-infused Babička vodka
- Ginger and lemongrass cordial
- Rhubarb liqueur
- Lemon juice
Serve in mini shaker and tulip glass.
